Spiritual well-being is about connecting your mind and body, and participating in activities that are in line with your values and beliefs.

Spiritual well-being can be achieved through prayer, mindfulness and a variety of other techniques.

Mindfulness/Meditation and Yoga

VCU Human Resources coordinates various mindfulness/meditation and yoga classes in collaboration with VCU Recreation and Well-being. The VCU community can attend as many sessions as they like at no charge. 

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is great when you need a quick stretch but can’t make a full session. Find 10-minute chair yoga videos here
