Enhancing your wellness starts with self-reflection and setting goals. Use this self-assessment tool to determine the areas of wellness (Emotional, Physical, Environmental, Occupational, Social, Spiritual, Financial and Intellectual). where you are successful as well as those that may need attention.

Your ideal score in each category is 15. If its significantly lower, see what you can change in your lifestyle so you can score better.

  • If you score between 21-42: You should look at ways to improve your overall wellness.
  • If you score between 43- 63: You have satisfactory wellness. Improving the areas which you scored low in will benefit you greatly.
  • If you score between 64-84: You have above average wellness in your life. Look at maintaining yourself at this state. You can improve your low sections to obtain better wellness.
  • If you score between 85-105: You have achieved your optimum wellness. Maintain your wellness here and you will be well rounded.
