Wellness Seminar on the RVA Housing Market (VCU HR and Long & Foster)

Join us to learn about the current housing market in RVA and the importance of making a sound plan  and how Moving with the RAMS program can help you! Feel free to bring your lunch with you! There will be healthy snacks, desserts, and drinks provided. Attendees will be eligible to win a 3 month membership to VCU Rec Sports and a 60 minute massage!

Other Health and Wellness Activities for VCU Employees

On-campus Weight Watchers meetings

VCU employees who participate in the Commonwealth of Virginia's "Weight Watchers at Work" program meet weekly on each campus. Meetings usually last about 30 to 45 minutes and members are encouraged to attend, however, if schedule conflicts occur, members can stop by to weigh in or attend a community meeting.
