On-campus Weight Watchers meetings
VCU employees who participate in the Commonwealth of Virginia's "Weight Watchers at Work" program meet weekly on each campus. Meetings usually last about 30 to 45 minutes and members are encouraged to attend, however, if schedule conflicts occur, members can stop by to weigh in or attend a community meeting. Monroe Park Campus
Meetings are held on Tuesdays beginning at 12:15 p.m. in Harris Hall, room 5173. 

MCV Campus
Meetings are held on Tuesdays (see schedule below) in Sanger Hall, Room 1-038 except on May 15, the Weight Watchers meeting will be held in Hunton Hall.

ICA Offering Free Mindfulness Meditation

Beginning May 1,  VCU's Institute for Contemporary Art will offer mindfulness meditation sessions guided by highly experienced meditation teachers. These sessions will be offered from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month and continuing through early September. Sessions are free. Preregistration is requested through the ICA website
